Couple's getaway with issues

The check-in was smooth. The staff was friendly and gave us a nice room with a city view. Breakfast was decent, but they were short staffed, which made it a bit chaotic.

It wasn't cheap, but it felt acceptable overall.

It was a perfect match for spending a night in Columbus with fantastic value for money. The elevators were broken, so navigating the 20 floors was frustrating, but I found a workaround by using the end elevators. Plan ahead for a quicker route, especially during busy times.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Nationwide Arena and Ohio State University, both just a short drive away. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Looking ahead, just keep in mind that the staff might not provide all the info you’ll need right away.
